The Role:
We are looking for individuals to join our Team as a KIA Genius! In this role you will keep up-to-date with the latest product information and have knowledge of every Model and Trim level, and be able to present as an "Genius" to our Customers. You will coordinate a schedule with Customer Service, and any outside Vendor involved for After-market Installs.
- Conduct a conversational qualification process during the check-out process.
- Assist Customers with setting up and understanding their vehicle features.
- Ensure all vehicle equipment is present.
- Proactively prepare for all deliveries.
- Follow work plan; make phone calls to Customers, provided to you by the Vehicle Exchange Specialist.
- Assist in Customer Satisfaction Surveys follow-up phone calls.
- Inspect inventory for accuracy.
- Restock inventory.

What you bring to the table:
- At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
