›Lead, manage and organize teams within a department, and monitor productivity
›Secure efficiency and smooth operations in cost-efficient way according to H&M operational & sustainability standards
›Understand core features of systems in WH (i.e. E2E product flow & impact), being able to run day-to-day operations
›Identify risks and issues within department team and support resolving; closely align with Controlling and Import/ Export, where relevant
›Good operational DC experience to effectively lead operations of the team
›Hands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolution
›Understanding of garment flow
›Good understanding of warehouse management system
›Knowledgeable in operational warehouse standards
›Strong communication and coordination skills
›Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
