Responsibilities and Duties include: This position is responsible for the overall performance of the call center floor and ensuring performance standards are met or exceeded. These standards include but not limited to providing accountability for performance, goal setting and call center expectations and attainment. Problem solving skills are a must. You must be able to multi-task. You will work to train, coach, document and develop assigned agents and managing corrective counseling as needed. You will work with the team in maintaining a positive, motivational, and high energy working environment. This is a hybrid role and will include phone time as business needs arise.
This is a Work at Home Call Center, and all agents are working from home. You must be comfortable working extended hours on your computer. You will be required to work at least 3 days a week in office in Westminster, CO. Other days may be worked from home, if desired.
Requirements: 6 Months Minimum Experience
$16.00/Hourly
Must be flexible to work nights and weekends if needed.
Must have reliable transportation to be in office 3 days a week in Westminster, CO
