H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking a Data Analyst, Journeyman to support our government client in Pt Magu, CA. 

Job Description

Analyzes business or operating procedures to devise the most efficient method of accomplishing the work. Plans the study of work problems and procedures, gathers and analyzes data, organizes and documents findings of studies, and prepares recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Collates information into meaningful reports and presentation material. Performs data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems. Analyzes project requirements including program scheduling, critical path analyses and project support/resource requirement determination. Fully participates in impact studies, cost/benefit analyses, dependency models, and employs appropriate project tracking methodologies. Capable of conducting root-cause, corrective action analysis. Possess a working knowledge of statistics and is able to assess correlation. Able to produce visualizations to communicate findings through the use of tables and charts. Proficient with one of the following, Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI, and familiar enough to produce basic charts in the others.  

Education, Experience & Licenses Required:

Years of Experience/Education:

A Journeyman level person has 3 to 15 years of experience and a BA/BS degree in a related field. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.  6 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.  Associate’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Work toward a master’s degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university is to be considered favorably.  

Experience

• Supports the generation of readiness for TMSs.
• Working knowledge of the training and provider organization processes that generate PESTO readiness.
• Supports TMS Team leadership, including Commodore/MAG CO, PMA, IWST/WSM, FRC, etc.
• Working knowledge of the training of Naval Aviation maintenance and supply processes and their data systems (i.e., NAMP, P-485, OOMA/DECKPLATE, AMSRR, RSUPPLY, AFAST, ACES, TFMMS, SHARP/MSHARP, PSILS, and ASM).
• Capable of statistical analysis and able to produce supporting charts in Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI.
