H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to support the Army Training Infrastructure System (ATIS) Legacy Systems Program. The Lead Software Engineer will manage the workload of all system sustainment teams and perform as the alternate Project Manager.
The Lead Software Engineer responsibilities will include:
- Managing the development and maintenance of documentation for applications that are within the ATIS legacy systems.
- Managing the updating and maintenance the ATIS Legacy System Framework currently consisting of Technical Views (TV), System Views, (SV) and Operational Views (OV).
- Managing the maintenance of ATIS legacy systems consistent with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF).
- Presenting ATIS Legacy System and service changes to the Government via standard Agile release and sprint planning sessions.
- Providing procedures and activities.
Required Education:
- Bachelors Degree or Higher from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, business or information technology or equivalent work experience
Desired Education:

- Masters Degree or higher from an accredited college/university, in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, business or information technology.
Required Qualifications / Certifications:

- Minimum of seven (7) years leading Software Development and Maintenance efforts
- Expertise with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to able to compile code and articulate how the process(es) used
- Expertise with Oracle technologies
- Expertise with Microsoft Windows and SQL server, and associated programming technologies
- Java Script and associated programming technologies
- Familiar with Red Hat Linux
- Familiar with SharePoint
Desired Qualifications / Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or equivalent
