Role Description
This is a contract to hire role for a Business System Analyst - Salesforce with our Direct End client as a SFDC BSA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications. This is an on-site role located in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 9 years of experience as a Business System Analyst (SFDC-BSA)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry.
- Experienced in creating functional requirements, managing product backlog, and Sprints.
- Experienced working as a bridge between business units and IT teams.
- Experienced working with Agile Methodologies (Scrum or SAFe)
- Collaborate with other internal and external IT teams on integration testing and deployments.
- Prior technical background or experience with Salesforce is a must,
