Job Summary:
Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
§ Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
§ Ensure that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
§ Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance
§ Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
§ Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
§ Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine extent of damage and need for repairs
§ Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
§ Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
§ Perform other duties as assigned by Collision manager.
Job Requirements:
§ Valid Driver’s License
§ Driving record that meets insurance requirements and company policy
§ Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug-screen

Hours:
The Collision Center is open during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
