The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration of Hackensack Meridian Health Compensation programs.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a related area.

2. 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

3. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

4. Strong Microsoft Office computer skills.

 

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

1. Working knowledge of HR systems.

2. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work.
