- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee information
- Generate payroll reports as needed
```Qualifications```
- Proficient in data entry and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
-Knowledge with Excel, Datatech, heavy connect preferably
-Knowledge with Agricultural payroll
