What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program coordinator position at Hadassah?
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution of assigned programs for Hadassah Northeast. The Program Coordinator will work closely with Hadassah staff and volunteers, to ensure that the implementation of assigned projects is consistent with local, region and National goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate program intake and create registration links as needed using Network for Good.
- Coordinate social media communication, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and distribute registration and donation reports to key stakeholders.
- Use Salesforce and Canva to create and coordinate communication with Hadassah members, including but not limited to : Weekly e-mail blastsNewsletter / bulletin material collection and oversiteEvent flyer creation as directed
- Reviews, fact-check and proof work. Work with the Grassroots Engagement Manager, as directed.
- Serve as program point person, collaborating with a team of staff and volunteers, for specific assigned projects.
- Other projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience
- BA / BS with 1-3 years relevant work experience
- Technical skills and familiarity with CRMs; Salesforce, Network for Good and Canva experience a plus; high computer literacy
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple concurrent projects, while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Key competencies include : oral and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Available some evenings and weekends.
