Overview:
The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for processing and tracking all samples while maintaining and organizing each brand’s sample closet.
Key Accountabilities:
- Process, organize, and execute sample intake and requests
- Monitor and manage the sample tracking system
- Pull and provide samples for the Sales, Design, Merchandise and Leadership teams
- Purge samples monthly and manage closet rotation based on seasonal calendar
- Organize and manage the PP closets and PP samples
- Monitor showrooms daily to ensure standards are maintained and support the strategizing and set-up of new showroom designs
- Maintain the monthly clean up calendar to ensure it is adhered to and standards are maintained
- Steam and prepare samples for internal and external meetings
- Assist with photo shoot preparation and management
- Work cross-functionally to ensure sample requirements are recorded and communicated accurately
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
