Position Overview
Perform Duties related to maintenance, repair and monitoring of physical plant and grounds as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Foreman or Manager.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the plant grounds and equipment.
- Assist with electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
What you need: (Requirements)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in all building maintenance trades preferred.
- Read, write, and understand the English language.
- General custodial experience.
- Must have a complete set of tools.
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
- Subject to continual loud noises.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders and/or service stands.
- Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
- May be exposed to hazardous chemicals and requires use of all safety equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
