DC Lead
Assists Department Manager in day to day operations of all areas of the Department
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Uses applications and telnet to trouble shoot and correct issues
- Keeps Department Manager informed on all daily activities within the department
- Coordinates with other DC Leads on work coming from or going to other areas of the DC
- Monitors workflow and makes adjustments in resources when needed
- Assists department manager with the recording and tracking of departmental metrics
- Performs all jobs in the department as needed
- Keeps area Cleaned and well organized

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

COMMENTS:
The employee may be required to undergo forklift operator certification training provided by the company.
Salary : $34,300 - $43,400
