Hail Genie is a sales driven, rapidly growing start up Automotive Paintless Dent Repair Company that is currently looking for an experienced PDR Technician with 5 years of experience to join our fast growing team. Job Description:
You will be an integral part of the Paintless Dent Repair process of our company. You will do light reconditioning on vehicles using PDR techniques and tools. Hail Genie is offering an excellent commission split, bi-weekly pay per car with advancement opportunities for the right technician to grow with the company.
Your essential duties and responsibilities are as follow:
- Perform hail damage repair utilizing PDR techniques and tools to minimize body and paint work as directed by our Production Management Team.
- Be accountable - Meticulously keep a final eye on QC and quality of workmanship as if the cars we repaired were yours.
