What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitor - 2nd Shift position at HAIN CELESTIAL GROUP?
Overview:
The Sanitors are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all tanks, equipment, facility utensils, hoses, drums, totes, filling equipment, and work area according to the Company sanitation procedures. The incumbent also preforms basic maintenance of the cleaning equipment to ensure all tools are available for ongoing use.
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and rectify Food Safety concerns
- Upkeep inside and outside of facility
- Cleaning of floors, drains, wash area, and equipment
- Empty during the shift
- Other tasks as assigned
- Keep up with Master Sanitation Cleaning Schedule, weekly, monthly, yearly etc.
