What are the responsibilities and job description for the Model Cocktail Server - OMNIA Nightclub Las Vegas position at Hakkasan Group?

- Be a brand advocate by providing Guests with accurate information regarding our venues, menus and pricing
- Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence
- Take bottle menu, beverage, food, and bar orders from Guests and communicate orders to the service bar through POS terminal
- Check all orders prior to serving to ensure accuracy, proper presentation and verify that all special requests have been met
- Garnish beverages as needed according to standard recipes and venue specifications
- Promptly deliver all orders to appropriate sections and tables
- Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated
- Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a Manager’s attention
- Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws. Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions. Process guest payments by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other tender types
- Verify by checking guest’s identification when using debit or credit card
- Process guest payment by cash, credit card, venue comps and all other appropriate tender types
- Collect required signatures from guest
- Ensure accurate accounting of all bar monies and independent banking procedures
- Sign all cash out slips legibly. Ensure complete and proper check out procedures
- Appear in uniform for all shifts and promotional activities at scheduled time
- Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, trash, etc. throughout shift. Clean all spills and waste immediately. Place all trash in proper receptacles
- Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
- Report any incidents of theft, vandalism, or violations
- Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws. Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure nightly/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed
- Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to a Manager immediately
- Assist team in additional tasks or when needed
- Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned . Gets change for Model Bartender as required
The marketing and promotional requirements as described below are representative of the minimum requirements of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Must have and maintain a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram page used for work which identifies the property
- Employees must like, comment, share, post on each platform (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), as well as execute 1 activity on each platform for every scheduled non-banquet shift on the clock.
- Must have an eight (8) person guest list total per workweek
- Must focus on the development of a personal clientele list
- Must interact and entertain guests in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner
- Pose for pictures as requested by management
- Must market and promote all venue specific events
- Must adhere to all specified marketing requirements and guidelines as listed above

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21 years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state/venue required work cards
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in hospitality working in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or nightclub
