Material Handler - 2nd shift

The Material Handler performs a wide variety of tasks focused on receiving, warehousing, delivering, shipping & maintaining accurate inventories as required to support the Haleon - Lincoln plant.
Operates material handling equipment including standup forklifts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks, vacuhoist, carton clamp, and slip-sheet attachment in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensures material receipt, warehousing, and delivery to point of use in order to meet internal/external customer expectations, including shipments of finished goods to the off-site Distribution Center.
Load and unload trailers that are going between our off-site Distribution Center and main site.
Check/verify, sign for inbound freight from suppliers, complete cleaning & labeling of materials.
Assist in completion of receipts and shipments as needed.
Deliver all materials and product to work centers in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintains material inventory quantity accuracy via physical counts & inventory management system transactions to maintain accurate inventory.
Maintains material location accuracy via RF scanner.
Check out, operate, troubleshoot, clean, and report issues pertaining to material handling equipment.
Maintain training on SOPs, Policies, GMPs, OSHA guidelines and Safety Security & Environment guidelines
Maintain a high level of safety awareness. This includes participating in the ZAP program.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of forklift experience
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Proficiency with computers
Stand up forklift experience preferred for loading/unloading trailers as well as storage in racking and bulk areas
Experience in MERP or SAP inventory management systems
Experience in Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry
Ability to work independently and under pressure
