Territory Sales Manager – Role Requirements
The Territory Sales Manager role requires 5-7 years of proven territory sales experience and success in new business development in a B2B or contract-based sales environment. A Top Performer will focus on prospecting, qualifying, developing, and influencing key decision makers utilizing introductory calls, email, indirect (virtual) or direct meetings, and strategic social networking (IE: LinkedIn) to make introductions, develop relationships, and work to secure new customers through contractual agreements. The most critical component of success in this role is NEW sales revenue growth in a regional territory.

This is a NEW business development role. Top performance requires a results-oriented, self-directed, competitive sales professional with a persistent, active, targeted approach to selling, and a strong foundation of sales-focused customer engagement activity to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Top performers will consistently seek to build a pipeline of new prospects through introductory calls, video conferencing, email, social media, networking, referrals, and direct visits to introduce Halifax Linen Service and develop and close new business.

Compensation & Benefits – Halifax Linen Service provides a performance-based compensation model that includes a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives and a competitive benefits package. Base pay of $70-80K with on target earnings of $100 .
