Client Success Coordinator

Overview

We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to join our team. This role works with existing clients to help them be successful. We are the good guys - we help companies grow, add jobs and provide services and solutions people need. We are looking for a high-energy person who wants to make a positive impact every day working with unique and innovative companies. We choose our clients carefully and are proud of the companies we work with.

We are a 100% remote work-from-home environment. The right candidate will be comfortable with the flexibility of working from home and the additional responsibility required to be effective. You will be encouraged to develop professionally, learn new web technology and digital marketing solutions, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and make suggestions for improvement.

Who we are

Hall_ is an established web development and digital marketing agency. We have been marketing websites since 1999 and a Google Premier Partner since 2008. As one of the original WooExperts, we have been building in WordPress since 2004 and WooCommerce since 2011. We work with national brands and innovative companies in B2B and Retail. We also partner with many top web services platforms like Avalara, Taxjar, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp. Clients stay with us for over seven years on average because we provide honest, exceptional service that focuses on their best interests.

Necessary Skills

• Experience working with customers or clients
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Understanding of SEO/SEM/Digital Advertising
  
• Familiarity with general web principles
• Enjoy helping people
• Positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
  
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Advertising, or WordPress is a plus.

Role

• Be the liaison between our clients and our internal teams
• Coordinate meetings and emails communications
• Track and manage small projects and ongoing retainers
• Share new opportunities and new services with our clients
• Accurately track your time, both for billing purposes and to gather project cost/value metric
