The Opportunity
The job in question is primarily focused on helping a busy senior loan officer manage her pipeline of loans in process, while also managing the day-to-day operations of senior loan officer. You’ll help create a WOW customer and business partner experience from loan application to loan closing, by communicating at all milestones throughout the processing of a mortgage loan. You’ll assist in customer document collection and review of documents along with understanding and learning the mortgage lending guidelines.

The Details
- The position is 40 hours per week, starting at $18.00 per hour, with possible bonus opportunity.
- This is not an outside sales position, but making calls will be included on your "to do" list, so excellent phone skills a must.
- The position will require the ability to use a calculator and critically think through customer loan applications with the goal of understanding the mortgage preapproval process.
- The position will require you be organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines...while requiring little supervision.
