Looking for an On-Call Weekend Scheduler to join our team! Fully Remote!

**MUST HAVE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE**

Hallway Healthcare provides in-home nursing care to retired Nuclear and Federal Workers that have received benefits through EEOICPA or FECA. These are the workers who have retired from Department of Energy facilities such as the Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Sandia National Lab, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, Stanford Linear, etc. We also serve Federal Workers such as US Postal Workers.

In addition, we are advocates that provide resources and information regarding filing of claims/claims process/consequential diagnosis, unpaid medical bills, compensation of impairment, and understanding terminology of the program. All services are no cost to our claimants.

SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT DUTIES:

Job Description for On Call Scheduler /Weekend Scheduler

  • Managing staff absences to ensure all engagements are staffed as required.
  • Answering all the calls and if its medical related forwarding to Case Manager or Director of Nursing
  • Adding bonuses to the employee time cards.
  • Updating the call outs spreadsheet.
  • In case you could not find a coverage /change of staff inform patient/family on time & update on scheduling group as well.
  • Notifying upper management if can’t find coverage.

Schedule: Friday at 5pm-Monday at 8am; On Call shifts $50/day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday $150) guaranteed then if a call out or scheduling need occurs you will clock in for hourly rate as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
