This position is responsible for the following:
- Help Manage all employees under the direction of the Burger Room Production Supervisor
- Fill in for the Burger Room Supervisor in his/her absence
- Ensure all blends are grinded properly
- Ensure proper grind plates are being utilized
- Help oversee and direct staff in room
- Ensure operating parameters are met (fat to lean testing and temp checks )
- Ensures all team members are using all proper PPE
- Enforce company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 years of USDA production leadership experience
- Proficient in yield management
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
