Responsibilities for team members:
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Explain to guests about menu items
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Responsibilities for Shift Managers
- Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
- Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
- Effectively and efficiently manage the restaurant
- Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making and Team Member support
- Reporting to the assistant or general manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
- Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines
- Assist in training of new employees
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
