Here's what you'll be doing:
- Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule high volume SALES APPOINTMENTS with Follow up
- Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls and email
- Determine customer’s primary concern and schedule the necessary appointment
- Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time
- Document and update customer records on inquiries on new and Pre-Owned vehicles, internet chats, and circle back on general information questions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Track all guest data accurately and always entered in BDC Database.
- Work IN OFFICE SETTING closely with other Sales BDC Representatives. TEAM ENVIRONMENT
- Partner with BDC Leadership on activities outside of call center, participate in group activities.
- Always adhere to the company policies as related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Call Center Experience Preferred
- Great positive attitude and always looking to contact high volume record of cold-calls and leads.
- Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)
- Strong record of GREAT customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
