Are you ready to level up your career? We're on the lookout for an awesome Part-Time Admin Assistant to join our dynamic arcade company! If you're a master multitasker with a passion for precision and a love for all things arcade, this is the job for you!

**THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION THAT WILL TRANSISTION TO A FULL TIME POSITION AFTER A FEW MONTHS

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the arcade's financial superpowers using Quickbooks.
  • Command the battlefield of spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Office
  • Answering calls with a smile and a side of excellent customer service
  • Assist in administrative tasks to keep the arcade running like a well-oiled machine

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the enchanted realm of Microsoft Office
  • Working wizardry knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills - you're the hero our customers deserve!
  • Ability to juggle tasks like a master arcade gamer
  • Enthusiasm for the arcade world is a bonus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
