What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant and Scheduler position at Hampstead Nursing Services?
Hampstead Nursing Services is a staffing agency that is seeking a part time administrative assistant/ scheduler.
Our ideal candidate would be a professional, reliable individual that can demonstrate the ability to work independently and think outside the box. This position is part time to start with the possibility to become full time.
Job Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Preparing applicant paperwork
- Maintaining employee files and record keeping
- Maintaining social media accounts
- Working closely with our staff in the field in order to best fit their needs
- Other small tasks such as filing, copying and providing assistance in the office where needed
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience in an office or administrative setting is helpful
- Must possess strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
Scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus!
Hourly wage will be discussed upon interview.
