Position Purpose- To provide the guest with exceptional first impression and to ensure that their overall stay is an excellent experience.
Responsibilities and Essential Job functions:
- Greet guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition
- Reviews arrival list daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities
- Answer phones in a timely manner
- Attends promptly to guest needs, inquiries and resolving issues
Required Experience- Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations preferred but not required.
Education- Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.
