What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate (part-time) position at Hampton Inn by Hilton Nashua?
The Award Winning Hampton Inn by Hilton Nashua, NH is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Associate to work from 2-3 days per week. Most shifts would be 3p-11p, but some morning (7a-3p) availability could be asked. Some weekend availability is a must.
This position maximizes revenue and creates value by providing excellent customer service. This includes effective reservation sales, handling all guest accounts efficiently and accurately, and assisting in all phases of guest experience such as check-in, check-out, and problem resolution.

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are not required for all team members at the hotel. We have installed large plexi-glass barriers for the safety of our front desk associates. We also have gloves and hand sanitizer readily available for use. Health Wellness check is required
