· As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, inventory, and staff development.
· You will ensure that the hotel meets the standards and expectations of the Hampton brand, as well as the company's policies and procedures.
· You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, where you will coach, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and quality to our guests.
· You will also build and maintain strong relationships with our guests, vendors, partners, and community.
Job Requirements
· You have at least 3 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel, preferably with Hilton.
· You have a proven track record of achieving financial and operational goals, as well as guest and employee satisfaction.
· You have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· You have a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
· You are able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
· You are authorized to work in the United States.
