Team Lead/3rd Key
Job Summary: Hamrick’s, Inc. is looking for a hardworking, ambitious, dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Lead/3rd Key. The Team Lead is to provide support and assistance to the other members of the management team and is responsible for store operations in the absence of management. The Team Lead is to also provide leadership and supervision for other store personnel.
Special abilities, required skills, or education needed to perform the essential job functions: 1 year of retail management/supervising preferred; organization and time management skills required.
Physical demands of the job: Bending, stooping, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), and standing for long periods of time.
