Field Roof Inspector

Field Roof Inspector:

• Confirming appointments with homeowners, field adjusters, and roofing contractors to ensure damaged properties are inspected in a timely manner.
• Provide Damage Documentation Services on steep and/or multi-level roof systems to Insurance Carriers, IA Firms, Property Adjusters, and Engineers nationwide.
• Assist with high and steep-pitch roof inspections to ensure a thorough and complete inspection on every job.

Note: This is a 1099 Subcontractor position

Successful Technicians possess:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to safely navigate and inspect any type of roof specifically hig and steep roofs
• Ability to travel
• Roofing and construction related backgrounds and/or insurance claims experience are a plus but not required
• Active HAAG Certification is a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Reliable Truck, Van or SUV with the ability to transport and carry at least a 32’ ladder
• Ability to complete inspection documentation via company issued mobile device
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams
• Successful completion of background check is required
