POSITION PURPOSE:
This position performs oversight and management of all Onsite contents activities as well as monitors quality outcomes, management of 1099 field resources and resource review. Responsibilities include daily communications with internal and field staff, sets up follow up tasks, interacts with staff and field resources relating to administrative and work assignment activity. Candidate would supervise 1 to 20 other internal personnel that would also be handling contents services functions and work requirements. Candidate would be required to interact and manage outside vendors that are involved in the various processes for the Onsite Contents Services. Candidate performs work remotely and would require periodic travel to the Alpharetta, GA office location. Ability to support services across the continental US for clients and customers in all the time zones. Nights, weekends when workload increases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage 1099 field staff
Identify and assist with the setup of new resources in the field as required
Ability to provide guidance and training on Xactimate applications that are used in the contents processes
Coordinate with other Hancock regions who manage personnel from time to time on resource management
Follow up communications and interaction with clients on specific tasks and outcomes
Review and follow up on a variety of administrative tasks based on various business reports
Compile and provide various business reports to management to track results and outcomes.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluent in Xactimate application and the Contents segment of the Xact suite of applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to learn and apply various company software systems
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills including empathy to work with homeowners
Strong organizational and negotiating skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relationship development skills in the area of vendor management, sales, or customer service
Excellent geographical knowledge
Excellent social media skills
Strong interpersonal skills including empathy to work with homeowners
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, or a related business field required
Minimum three (3) years of related experience in insurance industry and specifically, contents claims processes and handling
