Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective partnerships with business leaders to influence talent decisions by leveraging expertise to solve business challenges.
  • Proactively work with leaders to deliver on organizational priorities
  • Building and leading talent reviews and succession planning
  • Guiding critical talent decisions and recommending action plans to transform leaders, teams, and organization.
  • Identifying internal and external trends to develop insights and proposed actions.
  • Recommending priorities to improve performance, retention, culture, and employee engagement and belonging
  • Evaluation and guiding the business to achieve effective annual benefits review and recommendations
  • Provide tailored advice and guidance on various topics including performance management, compliance, policies and processes, organizational design, leadership development and compensation to our leaders
  • Working with business leaders and HR partners, successfully implement people processes. Ensure processes are conducted with consistency, objectivity and in accordance with the business values. Gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Drive informed decision-making by using data to identify trends; work with business leaders to HR practices, tools, and processes, and to advocate for their effective use in the business.
  • Execute on high-impact retention and engagement activities, with an emphasis on the team member experience,
  • Advise on the handling of critical and complex employee relations matters, including those where precedents have not been established, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and employment laws.
  • Lead, engage, guide, and develop team to positively impact the business; providing coaching as needed to enhance skillsets.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience with the following:
  • Overseeing the HR Function for a Company with at least 200 employees
  • Managing at least 3 direct reports
  • Managing the Payroll Function
  • Bachelor’s degree
Preferences:
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Prefer UKG experience, but not a requirement
  • Experience with companies that utilize 1099 Labor
 Work Schedule:  
  • Full-Time position
  • Hybrid
  • Schedule may change according to business operational needs
  • Based in the Alpharetta office
 
Environmental Factors:
  • Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment
 Physical Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, and reach above shoulders
  • Hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity including ability to grasp and operate equipment
  • Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read technical information
