What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Customer Service position at Hancock Pharmacy VI?
We are an independent pharmacy looking for a Cashier/Customer Service. The job requires strong people skills, basic money handling skills, basic computer and typing skills. Our Cashier/pharmacy clerks are an extremely important part of our team! They are the first person our customers encounter when they visit or call our pharmacy. The interactions they have with our customers play a significant role in helping our pharmacy build trusting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet each customer and assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
- Answer phone calls using the appropriate greeting
- Operate a cash register including cash transactions, checks, charges
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
- Locating orders
- SPANISH SPEAKING IS REQUIRED
