Assistant Spa Manager

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Member Retention Specialist with the potential growth to an Assistant Manager. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our Greenfield, Wisconsin spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Required Qualifications:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 2 years sales experience
• Flexibility to float at times between Greenfield and Wauwatosa Spas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Energetic, self-starter that embraces Sales, Membership, and Membership Retention goals to be successful
• Professional, positive attitude; must be able to coach and motivate employees with many different personalities
• Demonstrated leadership skills that build trust & respect w/employees & clients
• Quick learner w/point-of-sale, appointment or reservation systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel formulas, pivot tables, etc to simplify membership management, inventory and reporting
• Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Hospitality/Service and/or Retail Sales Experience

Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience to each client through phone and in-person interactions while promoting health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare
• Respond to requests for membership termination, review options with each member and try to save them from cancelling
• Work with Spa Manager to engage members in our program and keep members from becoming "at risk" of cancellation
• Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients, front desk, and service provider teams
• Lead social media management by serving as the main point contact for direct message and comments
• Lead ordering, in-store marketing, and retail & profession inventory count reconciliation.
• Partner w/Spa Manager & front desk team to forecast prospect counts, convert new members and exceed sales goals
