We are seeking a highly responsible, FRIENDLY, dependable, energetic, and motivated Spa Assistant Manager with excellent leadership, sales skills, organization, and client service abilities to join our Hand & Stone management team! The Spa Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations with a focus on achieving team and individual sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service through daily operations. REQUIREMENTS:
- Management experience or floor/department supervision is a huge PLUS
- Sales leadership experience of any type, especially in memberships or in the beauty/wellness and fitness industry, is also a huge PLUS
- A passion for people and a love of selling (make the most of EVERY opportunity)
- High level of enthusiasm and resilience, with the utmost integrity and reliability
- Extremely positive and motivated individual, with a demonstrated ability to train and motivate others
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude always
- Strong organizational/planning and computer/written skills, with detail-oriented follow-through and ability to respond quickly
- Ability to handle client issues with optimal customer service

- Must master a conventional POS and booking system quickly and accurately
- Must be able to answer phones/e-mails professionally and with excellent communication skills, in a prompt and concise manner
- Must be able to maintain a polished and professional image, adhering to dress code at all times
