The Business Systems Analyst IV - Remote, role analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated.  Translates business information needs into system architecture and reporting requirements, Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Your Impact

• Provide all aspects of Software Development Lifecycles including business analysis, requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, training, support, product escalations for the business unit.
• Provide administration, technical, logical and analytical support as the functional subject matter expert for business application for their specific functional area.
• Coordinate with IT and across the business supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and other legacy applications.
• Perform other related project, system and analytical duties as required.
• Interact effortlessly with business/user community to determine and document new functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and user requirements.
• Provide cross-module and cross-functional area integration support.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related business analytics field or equivalent.

Requires 8 years of related experience

Preferred Experience and Education

 Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related business analytics field

12 years of progressively responsible experience

4 years of large, enterprise systems development

• Ability to seamlessly partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and liaison with development teams.
