The part-time Research Analyst will work under the direction of the Regional Research Manager to maintain a proprietary database of real estate research. You will be responsible for updating data for actively selling new home projects in various U.S. markets primarily through outbound calls. You will work 25 to 29 hours per week, with the ability to set your own schedule within defined parameters to ensure the job gets done. Applicants must be comfortable making outbound calls as most of the data is obtained by conducting phone surveys with sales representatives for home builders.
What you'll do:
- Complete outbound calls and conduct phone surveys/interviews with sales representatives for new home communitites
- Perform internet research to collect current data on new home projects, as needed
- Adhere to update schedule and ensure the timely and accurate update of data
- Report to regional research manager
Qualifications:
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Understanding of housing and real estate helpful, but not required
- Conscientious critical thinker and strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills/reliable self-starter with ability to ensure timely updates
- Goal-oriented
- Access to a computer, the internet, and a phone
