Job Description
Responsible to manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.

Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and Manger MP&L Department for a new plant.
- Hire and manage MP&L Staff.
- Develop and execute strategic planning goals /KPIs in the areas of customer delivery performance, supplier delivery performance, inventory metrics, logistics and premium freight management.
- Manage Production Control activity including production schedule, ensuring cost control and zero customer line interruption.
- Analyze root causes all material expedite issues and related cost.
- Manage warehouse operation, space utilization, inventory planning and delivery to plant & customer as required.
- Build and manage the delivery schedule of incoming containers.
- Report Inventory Amount, DOI, and all spending within budgets.
- Be able to solve problems related to the analysis and evaluation of cost and operational data.
- Build scenario models to increase inventory efficiency with financial concept.
- Develop logistic strategy for changing global logistic circumstances.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and employees at all levels.
- Support and participate in EHS objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/ or related work experience.
- Bilingual (Korean//English) strongly preferred.
- 8 years of MP&L Experience in auto-manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and to build a positive rapport within all levels of the organization (up, down and sideways) in a global company.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SAP systems.
