JOB SUMMARY: 

Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Human Resources Coordinator that will provide administrative support to various human resource functions. This is an entry level position and is a great role for someone who wants to start their career in Human Resources.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Assist with New Hire orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires 
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by scheduling meetings and interviews and conducting background checks
  • Review and maintains all documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, training, and with other human resource areas
  • Support and assists with any other special projects the HR departments needs


Requirements

 PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Excellent Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  

Salary will commensurate with experience.
