Bear Mountain Healthcare Hanover, a skilled nursing facility in Hanover, NH, is currently seeking a part-time Medical Records Coordinator.
The position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating new medical records and retrieving existing medical records by gathering appropriate record folders and contents;
- Assigning and recording new medical record;
- Verifying existing medical record;
- Inputting and recording information into the computer;
- Delivering medical records;
- Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
