What you'll do
- Ultimately responsible for the strategy and delivery of HFCU's Financial Wellness business model, inclusive of determining what we deliver to members and how and where we do it. Responsible for the identification of new opportunities to engage with members and the design, location, and launch of HFCU's Waypoint locations.
- Using a data driven approach, continually monitor Waypoint and Financial Wellness results, identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Change agent for the implementation and adoption of HFCU's Financial Wellness business model, including change management, roadmap development, Org-wide coordination of requirements, communication, and vendor alignment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of scalable, customized educational programs and content that optimize and right-size engagement with HFCU's financial wellness program as well as an innovative, integrated and ultimately seamless multi-channel delivery and support model for HFCU's financial wellness program
- Continuously analyze market forces, industry norms and best practices for enhancements to our wellness program to match changing market landscape and member needs
- Directly responsible for the strategic and operational plan to support the performance of the Waypoint network, inclusive of short-term and long-term business and financial goals in support of the organization’s growth strategic plan.
- Work cross-functionally in support of growth and advancement within relevant business lines.
- Lead or participate in organization-wide initiatives and projects.
- Performs other tasks or functions as required, requested, necessary or prudent from time to time.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Strong desire to work in a purpose driven organization
- Strong leadership qualities with a big picture and pragmatic approach, leading effectively through setting a vision and coaching, motivational techniques, and conflict management
- 15 years of work experience in building and leading teams
- Demonstrated capability and passion for developing talent and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement
- Strong delegation and team building skills with the ability to support a team and the team’s work embracing ownership, accountability, and responsibility
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the senior management level and across all levels of the organization
- Excellent analytic, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to lead multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize workload and to work independently
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
