Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation potential of up to $75,000 plus tremendous opportunity for advancement in a skyrocketing organization, with benefits.

Location

Located in the affluent Scottsdale-Airpark near the Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons, which provides easy access from the Loop 101.

Role

To drive profitability across a growing real estate portfolio to unprecedented levels through best-in-class management of the portfolio. This is done by collaborating with our acquisitions and operations teams to fully understand the investment thesis for each property and then working with third-party partners to implement solutions and best practices to achieve and then exceed investment objectives.

What You Have Already Achieved

• Excel in a fast-paced autonomous work environment.

• Proven track record as a property manager, asset manager, or other relevant roles.

• Mastered the art of saying “no” without fear of conflict.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Capable of reading property level financial statements and how to track and measure property level performance.

What You Will Become an Expert at with Hanson Capital Group

• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize operations at the property level.

• Collaborating with third-party partners and local property managers to facilitate repairs and renovations at the properties and see those repairs and renovations to completion.

• Managing repair requests and other day-to-day communications with local property management company.

• Reviewing and providing timely feedback on pertinent financial reports including rent rolls, profit and loss statements, delinquency reports, etc.

• Staying abreast of relevant market conditions to ensure income and expense loads at each property remain competitive in an evolving environment and to provide feedback on underwriting assumptions to the acquisitions team.

• Managing and overseeing property level critical information and deadlines.

• Assisting the marketing and investment relations team to create investor updates and marketing collateral.
