We strive to offer our guests a fun, safe and unique vertical experience. When coming to one of our HAPIK parks, our customers have access to a wide range of fun climbing walls and challenges (fully secured through auto belays) as well as high rope courses for everyone.
Currently, we are seeking a Park Manager for our location in South Gate, CA. HAPIK South Gate is one of 3 parks in the USA (the other 2 are located in New York and Dallas). It is a great time to join the HAPIK adventure!
Job description & key responsibilities
The Park Manager is the park leader. S/he is accountable for everything that happens in the park and strives to bring the park to the summit. The manager’s main responsibilities are to:
- Ensure safety and park maintenance by enforcing all company and regulatory standards,
- Help the business thriveand ensure outstanding customer satisfaction to meet the company’s goals,
- Hire, train, manage and motivate the staff in order to create a strong team environment and a result-driven culture,
- Deliver efficient day-to-day operations for the park, including cash and sales control, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.
Education & qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous managerial / supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality or recreation industry.
- Knowledge of rock climbing is a plus.
