HAPPIER is building a community for creators with the help of creators! We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Purchasing Associate to assist with day to day purchasing operations. This position will work in office and report to the Purchasing Manager.

Roles and responsibilities include:
Execute purchase orders in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and the Director of Finance
Communicate with department heads in regards to relevant and specific purchase needs
Oversee and assist in unloading, receiving, sorting, stocking, securing, and distributing goods on occasion
Monitor vendors for quality, timeliness, and price variance
Maintain internal database of approved vendors
Maintain updated records of purchased products and invoices
Perform inventory counts and audits on a weekly basis
Code invoices for finance team in order to process payment in a timely manner
Assist with maintaining inventory management and purchase order systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot proactively and creatively to meet team needs
