Key Job Duties For This Role Include:

  • Grow and manage current retailer customer accounts while actively prospecting new business.
  • Own the development, implementation, and execution of customer specific promotional plans based on trade budget and profit goals.
  • Collaborate with insights and analytics team to build customer specific presentations for retailer customer meetings.
  • Partner with marketing team to build shopper and merchandising plans that align with national brand strategies and objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations team and retailer distributor partners to drive supply chain efficiencies.
  • Leverage expertise in syndicated and retailer specific data to identify actionable insights, maximize key sales metrics and effectively communicate performance updates.
  • Be a strategic problem solver who Is always looking ahead to better serve the customer and Happy Egg.


You’ll Really Wow Us If:

  • You’ve worked for a small, high-growth CPG supplier.
  • You’ve got 2 to 5 years CPG account management experience across multiple channels. 
  • You are highly efficient, organized, self-starter with a bias for action. 
  • You’re a Happy Person—Happy Eggs and Happy Hens require Happy team members. 
  • You're familiar with navigating retailer specific portals.
