We are searching for an experienced Amazon Manager who will be instrumental in establishing and growing our presence on the Amazon platform. This role involves creating and executing a comprehensive launch strategy, developing engaging product listings, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive initial and sustained success. We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing Amazon stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Amazon store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Amazon Advertising: Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy, appealing content, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activity on Amazon, identify market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and reviews, addressing issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI for advertising campaigns.
- Amazon SEO: Implement search engine optimization strategies for Amazon to improve product discoverability and search rankings.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies, rules, and regulations to avoid account suspension or penalties.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on Amazon sales and provide insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years proven experience in e-commerce, specifically on Amazon, with a strong track record of driving sales and optimizing product listings.
- Deep understanding of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, including advertising tools.
