Happy Lemon Union City. We are looking for hardworking individuals with good teamwork and communication skills. Cashiers and baristas are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders and accurately handling money, making drinks, ensuring quality and consistency of products, and overall daily upkeep of the establishment.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Greet each customer as they enter and ensure they have a good experience from beginning to end
- Answer any questions guest may have regarding our menu and ingredients
- Accurately receive and handle payments
- Accurately receive orders
- Follow proper SOP when preparing beverages
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Effectively communicate with other staff and customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Customer service
- Basic math skills
- Communication skills
