Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities of this role include being a strategic business partner to the GTM Team. Participate in annual planning, account segmentation, forecasting, pipeline management, compensation support, sales onboarding and enablement, sales process optimization, sales tool and process training, and sales reporting.
  • This person, in partnership with the Happy Returns Head of Sales Operations, will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Happy Returns Sales team and for the successful operational support of strategic Sales objectives and priorities
  • Foster strong and effective partnerships with the Happy Returns Sales team, the GTM leaders, and our many various stakeholders including, Marketing, Retail Success, Onboarding, and Finance
  • Partner with Sales management to oversee day-to-day process execution and adherence to policies. Identify problems and make process improvements.
  • Maintain sales forecasting, planning, and other sales processes
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales GTM process
  • Provide overall support and coordination for Happy Returns Sales Operations team inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects
  • Plan and execute the tactical elements of Sales to develop best practices and continuously improve effectiveness: sales model/processes/methodologies, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, compensation plan design, coverage model, territory design, lead generation management, departmental communications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 3-5 years of related Sales Operations experience
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports with solid Excel-based data analysis and modeling skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities, including success working in a matrixed organization
  • Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems, including sales cycle, salesforce.com, reporting, forecasting, territory management, sales quotas, planning, compensation, onboarding, etc.
  • Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities
  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions
  • Ability to identify and pursue new improvement opportunities in line with business plans
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing business priorities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
