HappyNest™ is a fast-growing, well-funded, digital consumer services company. We offer a technology-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service for time-starved consumers. We pick up, wash, dry, and fold laundry to customers’ exact specifications and return it the next day. HappyNest currently has more than 135 locations in 35 states.
We are seeking an individual for our Partner Support Role that enjoys working on a small team and excels in communication. You will be responsible for maintaining strong and consistent communication with partners and their teams on a day to day basis with phone calls, emails and messages. This is an opportunity to grow within a small business and build great relationships while supporting partners all over the country.
Responsibilities:
· Quickly respond to all incoming communication from our partners/teams to help support them in their day to day business.
· Attend weekly meetings/calls internally
· Assist our other teams at HappyNest to be successful
· Shipping out items to partners, could be over 30 lbs.
· Support the partners and their teams
· Implement best practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
